Why doesn’t my account on the iPhone app have premium even though I paid through my iTunes account?

If you upgraded to premium on the AYI iPhone app, paid through your Apple iTunes account and don't have access to premium, you may need to refresh your iTunes account. To do this:
 
  • Tap on the Menu button on the top left hand corner. Then scroll down and tap on "Settings."
  • Tap the ‘Account’ button.
  • Select ‘Refresh Premium Access’.
  • Enter your Apple ID password and tap OK. This should refresh your settings and give you full access.


If this doesn't work, you may have two different accounts on AYI. Did you register with Facebook Connect (and log in with your Facebook account's email and password) or did you register with an email address and password? You can try:
 
  • Logging out of the account you're in now (Menu > Settings > Account> Logout) and log in to the account you upgraded to premium on.
  • If you need assistance, please click on "Contact Us" and send us an email so we can help you locate your premium account.
